The Public House was voted "Best New Restaurant in 2012" by Metropolitan Magazine Readers. Located adjacent to the brewery in the southwest side of the building, you will find a unique atmosphere unlike any other local restaurant. It is hard to believe this building once housed the Salisbury Ice Plant and each room was once a big freezer. Now creatively designed with a sleek urban feel, you will find a welcoming environment. A large exposed brick wall in the bar area features a giant chalkboard that showcases fresh cheese and meat selections, creative daily Chef’s features, as well as a listing of available eVo beers.
One of the best places to eat in Salisbury. Food was fresh and delicious. The cheese and meat plate was amazing. Service was stellar. I don't drink but it seemed like others enjoy the selection. My wife and I loved it!
I love this place! I was here for the Seagull Century bike event and thoroughly enjoyed the large outdoor patio with live music. The beers were great- I don't normally like pumpkin beer a lot but their seasonal Jacques-Au-Lantern beer was very tasty!
Me and my boyfriend came back here a week ago. We ordered the crab dip again for an appetizer along with the scallops on special. Both were absolutely incredible and executed perfectly.
Enjoyed this immensely. Had the brisket sandwich and it was spectacular. We also ordered the cookie dough egg rolls which were especially good when paired with their porter. The ambience was classic brew pub...which is to say, very cool. I only review places I really like or really dislike.
