Haymaker
This deep copper ale is unfiltered, full flavored
and robust. An extended boil generated intense
caramel notes, offset by an assertive hop
bitterness. Raisin and dried cherry notes
blend with shades of mild tropical fruit lead
to a biscuit-like, slightly bitter finish.
