RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Evolution Craft Brewing Co. order, please return items within 30 days of receipt.

We will accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items.

Merchandise must be in new condition and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.

Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.
Returns are accepted through the mail and at location.

  • Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

  • Purchases made in our store (Brewery) cannot be returned to evolutioncraftbrewing.com. Please return this merchandise to any of our store locations.

  • If the return is a result of our error, please contact customer Services at 302.907.0277 and we will issue a credit for the return shipping charges.

  • Due to the limited quantities of merchandise, the item(s) you wish to exchange may no longer be available. We suggest you place a new order of item(s) and return the unwanted item(s) for a refund.

  • We are unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place your new order.

  • New Orders: Available in stock items will be shipped approximately 5-7 days to the shipping address on your invoice.

  • Return/Exchange Orders: most returns are processed within ten days of receipt in our warehouse.

  • Standard charge of $6.95 will be deducted for shipping and handling on all exchange items.

  • We will bill your credit card for the new item(s) and process your credit card for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.

  • If the item(s) was sent to you as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original credit card used for the payment.

USING YOUR OWN SHIPPING METHOD
If you prefer not to use the Return Shipping Label provided with your merchandise, you can send items back to us at the address below using any other trackable shipping method method.
Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return or exchange.
Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid.
We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
